ERNEST J. BUCCINO, JR.

Philadelphia Lawyer Ernest Buccino graduated from Temple University Law School and has been representing injured people for over twenty-five years. Before entering private practice, he was a Law Clerk to a Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and an officer of a major health insurance company.  Ernest Buccino holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV).  Mr. Buccino serves as a Judge Pro Tem, an arbitrator, and mediator.  He has been selected to appear in: Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in The East.  He has served on the Board of Directors of two major Associations of Trial Lawyers and has served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee.  Mr. Buccino has served as Chairman of several Philadelphia Bar Association Committees and as a member of many other committees.  He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Buccino is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association), and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

ANASTASIA M. BUCCINO-ROTH

After her undergraduate education at Villanova University, Anastasia M. Buccino-Roth graduated from Temple University School of Law.  While in law school, she was a Summer Law Clerk for two Philadelphia law firms concentrating in personal injury.  Like her father, Ms. Buccino-Roth was also a Law Clerk to a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice.  Before joining her father, she practiced as a trial lawyer in an active personal injury firm.  She continued her personal injury practice at a Philadelphia litigation boutique firm and a large suburban firm.  Anastasia serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.  She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.  Ms. Buccino-Roth is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
