Medical Malpractice

A patient is entitled to medical care which meets community standards. If you have been injured by medical care which fails to meet these standards you may be entitled to compensation for your losses including medical bills, wage loss and further compensation for your pain and suffering. Proper evaluation of a potential medical malpractice claim requires a review of the entire medical record by a medical expert. There are time limits on when a claim may be brought. You should contact your family lawyer as soon as you believe you or a loved one have been victimized by medical malpractice. If you don't have a family lawyer contact Ernest Buccino.
