Sexual Harassment
An employee is entitled to a workplace that is free of sexual harassment. If you have been intentionally discriminated against because of your sex; or subjected to pervasive and regular sexual harassment that detrimentally affected you and your employer knows of this and fails to correct the problem, you should keep a record of the dates, times, and identity of the individuals involved and you should contact your family lawyer. If you do not have a family lawyer contact Ernest Buccino.
